Sharon brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the team, having held positions in various fields within the industry, including industrial, retail, multifamily, and office. Having worked directly on both the landlord and tenant sides of transactions during her career, Sharon has a keen insight into lease negotiation and administration.
Prior to joining Rubicon, Sharon specialized in tenant representation at Transwestern (2011-2019) and with Sealy & Company (2000-2011), Sharon specialized in lease administration services, including all aspects of contract evaluation and negotiation. She also gained market expertise in land valuations across multi-markets.
